About Us

Created in April 1997, PHRS is a locally owned and operated company. We provide Human Resources Management and Consulting Services to private, public and non-profit organizations. Areas of expertise include recruitment, workforce development, performance audits and compliance with federal employment mandates and standards.

 

PHRS is an established training provider recognized by the Agency for Human Resources,
Small Business Development Center and Community Services and Resources.


Meet Our Team

Ms. Grace Donaldson, Chief Operating Officer/General Manager of Pacific Human Resource Services, Inc,  has over 25 years of human resources management and training experience.  Her present and past involvement in the community has included membership in the Guam Workforce Investment Board (appointment by the Governor of Guam).  Elected as President and Vice President – Programs of SHRM Guam Chapter, an affiliate of the SHRM, served as Treasurer for Soroptimist International of Guam, Chair of Human Resources & Training Committee of Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association, Secretary for Community Service Resources (CSR), Instructor and Recruiter for Center for Micronesian Empowerment.  She also serves as a member of the Small Business Committee of the Guam  Chamber of Commerce, Education committee of the Guam Contractors Association.   Her HR management experience included Hyatt Regency Saipan, Palau Floating Hotel,Outrigger Guam Resort,  and TakeCare Health Insurance.
